About IonBnB

IonBnB started with a simple observation: property owners across Southern Vermont were stuck choosing between two options that didn’t quite work. Either they managed everything themselves — guest messages, cleaning schedules, pricing decisions — on top of their own jobs and lives, or they handed their homes over to a management company that had never actually set foot on the property. We built IonBnB to be the option in between: a local team that treats every home the way we’d want ours treated. That means inspecting properties in person, understanding how booking demand shifts season by season in this specific region, and working closely with a defined group of owners instead of spreading attention across hundreds of accounts. Over time, that hands-on approach became the foundation of how we operate — and it’s still how we manage every property today.
